All you need is a DVD player, a TV, a phone or a computer with Internet access

You watch the DVD then when you need to take a quiz, you simply log onto our site and take it. You'll also need to periodically verify your identity by either calling in to a specific 800-505-5095 number or answer security questions on the Internet site.

Yes, the great thing about our DVD Course is that you can take it whenever it is most convenient for you.

We offer the lowest express delivery options in the industry. If you order before 3 PM (CST) our FedEx Overnight delivery options can get you your DVD the next morning.

Very easily. If at any time you want to review a previous screen or section, you can do so by using the Rewind or Skip Back button. In order to review a previous page, you must press and hold the Rewind button « until the desired page appears. In order to review a previous "Section" or "Unit" you should use the button marked |«. To return to where you'd left off, use the Fast Forward » or Skip Forward button on your player. You must first complete a section or part in its entirety before the fast forward feature is enabled. Do not use the Back button on your Web browser to navigate the course.

To register, you'll need:

• Your Driver License Number (required for certificate of course completion)
• Credit Card Information
• The Disc ID (which is located in a box on the right hand side of the DVD
• Traffic Violation Ticket (for ticket dismissal students)

Yes, protecting your order information is a priority for us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from "http" to "https."

If for any reason you do not complete the course or do not wish to continue it, you have 30 days from the date of registration and prior to completing the course to request that a refund be credited back to your credit card. We cannot issue refunds after 30 days and/or after the course completion certificate has been processed. There will be an $8 fee for processing and handling.

At the end of each chapter, we are required to have you take a short quiz to ensure you watch the DVD. You simply log onto your My Account Page and take the required quizzes/exam or you can call 800-505-5095 to take the quizzes/exam by phone. Please be sure to have your Security Code handling when testing over the phone.

Depending on your state and court, your Certificate of Completion will either be sent to you or submitted for free to your court. For specific details about your state, please select your state from the home page.
